The eagerly awaited undisputed Light Heavyweight clash between Dimitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev is only six weeks away, and the pair are deep into training.
Snippets from both camps have whet the appetite of fans who cannot wait for the big fight.
The fever for the fight is rising as former British Light Middleweight champion, Troy Williamson, posted a clip of him trying one of Bivol’s kettlebell routines stating ‘it’s not as easy as it looks’.
Both Bivol and Beterbiev are immersed in the pound for pound top ten and the fight is seen as a true 50/50.
Beterbiev has 20 knockouts in 20 wins, a phenomenal record, and holds the WBC, WBO and IBF versions of the Light Heavyweight belts.

Bivol stands at 23-0 with 12 knockouts and holds the WBA and IBO versions.

This is one of the fights that the boxing world has been looking forward to for years, but looked as though would never happen. That was until the Saudi’s got involved. Turki Alalshikh in particular.
The fight was originally due to take place on 1 June this year, but was cancelled after Beterbiev suffered a ruptured meniscus in training.
There was widespread disappointment at the time, but as we get closer, the delay has only heightened the excitement for the fight.
The wait is almost over for what could be one of the fights of the year.
The fluid boxing of Bivol against the methodical, precise butchery of Beterbiev.
I can’t wait.
